Garlic oil is a Pale yellow to orange red volatile liquid with a strong smell of garlic. Chemical properties is stable, lose efficacy readily with alkali.

Garlic oil obtained by steam distillation from the crushed bulbs or cloves of the common garlic plant. Soluble in most fixed oils and in mineral oil, incompletely soluble in alcohol. It is insoluble in glycerin and in propylene glycol.
Grlic oil can lower cholesterol and blood lipids and strengthen blood vessel elasticity. It has strong sterilization function, preventing catching cold, thrombosis, hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, and improve immunity.
Applications
